1. Agreement Incorporates Full Terms. This is a summary. The complete Terms of Service — payment, cancellation, liability, indemnification, and binding arbitration provisions — are posted at coastalcruisersdetail.com/terms-of-service.html and are part of this agreement. The full Terms govern if there's any conflict with this page.

2. Booking Party and Payment Authority. I confirm I am 18 or older, am authorized to book this service and use the payment method provided, and am responsible for full payment and all charges under the Terms whether or not I own the vehicle or the payment method. A 25% deposit was charged at booking and applied toward the total price. The remaining balance is due on completion of the service.

3. Service Location Responsibility. I am solely responsible for any HOA, property, employer, or government fine, fee, or towing charge resulting from the location I chose, and authorize Coastal Cruisers to charge my payment method for that cost as described in the Terms.

4. Cancellation and Mid-Job Stoppage. Under the Terms: 72+ hours' notice gets a full refund of the deposit; less than 72 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit; stopping the job after work has begun means I owe the greater of 50% or the value of work completed. A documented emergency (Terms, Section 8) waives these fees.

5. Vehicle Condition. I have disclosed all known damage, defects, and prior repairs. Coastal Cruisers is not responsible for pre-existing or undisclosed conditions.

6. Handover Inspection. I (or my representative) must inspect the vehicle within 15 minutes of the completion notice. Visible conditions not raised at that time are deemed accepted. If I'm not present, completion photos are sent and I have 24 hours to report a visible concern in writing.

7. Damage Claims. Any damage claim must be reported in writing with photos within 24 hours of handover, before repairs are made, as detailed in the Terms.

8. Photos. Before/after photos are taken as part of service and may be used for marketing unless I opt out below. No license plates, VINs, or identifying details will be shown.

I do NOT consent to marketing use of my photos (service photos for records are still taken).

9. Liability and Arbitration. Liability is limited as stated in the Terms (Section 13), and disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, with no class actions, as stated in the Terms (Section 17).

10. Personal Property. I should remove valuables, cash, documents, electronics, medication, tools, and other personal property before service. Coastal Cruisers is not responsible for items left in the vehicle except to the extent caused by Coastal Cruisers' proven negligence or willful misconduct. I authorize Coastal Cruisers reasonable access to the vehicle, and to move the vehicle, only when reasonably necessary for the service, as detailed in the Terms (Section 12).
