I am 18 or older. I am the Booking Party and am responsible for this booking and its payment whether or not I own the vehicle or the payment card. I authorize the deposit at booking, the remaining balance on completion of service, and the charges described in the Terms to my payment method. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, including my responsibility for location permissions and costs, cancellation terms, handover inspection, photo permission, limits on liability, and binding arbitration with a class action waiver.
